The destination indicator is conditional. He can only recommend to send a recruit to these or other troops. In reality, everything is decided at the distribution point, and the choice of troops depends on the state order and other factors.

How to change the category of shelf life "A"?

If you do not agree with the decision military registration and enlistment office, you can challenge it. This can be done not only when the category of shelf life was overestimated, but also if you think that the state of health allows you to get a higher category of shelf life. For example, you can change category “A” to non-appealing “B” or change category "B" on "A" to get into the elite troops.

If category “A” was approved at initial registration, by the time of the call it may change. A conscript may be approved by any of the categories, including “B” or “D”, if the doctors of the military enlistment office discover his health problems.

Council of Assistance Service for Recruits:

Until the draftee has not reached the draft age, he should be more attentive to the state of health. If he wants to prove to the military commissariat the presence of a non-appealing diagnosis, then the time before the call should be devoted to confirming the disease. Significant arguments will be the new records confirming the fact of accessing a doctor, and recent test results.

If the category of validity was established by the results of the passage of draft events, the only way to change it is to appeal against it in an administrative or judicial procedure.

Options for action recruit:

  1. At the medical board, they assigned you an expiration category without looking at a non-invasive diagnosis. In this case, you need a doctor who specializes in the disease, or the head physician to request a referral for an additional examination.
  2. On recruitment commission set the degree of validity and issued subpoena to send. It is necessary to immediately declare disagreement with the decision and request a referral for full-time control medical examination - KMO.
  3. The conclusion of the KMO was unsatisfactory. It is necessary to declare to the district military registration and enlistment office and the Investigation Committee of the intention to appeal the decision of the military registration and enlistment office in court. Please note that you need to submit an application to the court before the day specified in the dispatch agenda.
